Here is how the "The Way" program works:
We begin each week by focusing on installing the habits necessary to ensure your success. Every Monday morning from 10:00 – 11:00 am PST, we meet over the phone on a conference call.
Segment number 1:
In each session, Sigal addresses a different topic that is related to habits of success and personal transformation. Like "getting into the habit of being laser focused" or "stop feeling frustrated and stuck and move to an action-oriented and motivation mode" and many other topics that are all related to success and moving forward. Sigal teaches simple tools and techniques drawn from NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Neurological Repatterning, and her experience as a clinical hypnotherapy and a practitioner in the Grinberg Method that will allow you to make positive changes quickly and easy.
Segment number 2:
Then we turn to the Guided Visualization process. This will help you align and center yourself so you can let go of any feelings of being overwhelmed with all that needs to be done in the week ahead and specifically address on a subconscious level the messages we discussed earlier on our session. This segment is one of the key components of the program – it will help you with the conditioning part, and each session after this part you will find that you are more capable doing what needs to be done while enjoying every step of the way.
Segment number 3:
After the Guided Visualization process the line is opened to the members, to ask questions, get coaching or share a story. In this section the members have the opportunity to express themselves. Those on the line have the opportunity to get personal coaching from Sigal live on the call. Everyone benefits from these coaching sections. You’ll learn from others as they bring forth their challenges, and as Sigal gives them tools and resources to overcome those challenges. The members are getting one-on-one coaching at a significantly lower price then it would be in a private coaching setting.
Segment number 4:
In the last section of the call, each week we are utilizing a tool that is called "The Strategic Thinking Process". This process, which the members follow consistently every week, allows them to stay in touch with their weekly goals and take action on them and helps them to stay focused and very much connected with what they are planning to achieve. You’ll want to have your day planner in front of you for this part—we are actually scheduling those important tasks on the call!

Below are some answer to questions that people have asked:
* Que 1. What if I can’t participate at the time of the live program?
Ans 1. First know that you are not the only one. There are many people in the program that have a day job and they are not joining the live calls. Each call is being recorded and is available to download or listen online soon after the session is over. They download the recording as soon as they can on Monday evening or Tuesday morning and they listen to it then.

* Que 2. How can I have my questions answered if I can’t participate in the live calls?
Ans 2. Since we have an online community you will be able to post your questions through the community. It’s like posting something on FaceBook and having a whole community aspiring to assist you. If you do not wish the whole community to see your question, you can submit your question through the community in an email, so Sigal will be the only person to see it.

* Que 3. What if I have a specific habit that I’d like to address?
Ans 3. Sigal derives the content for each sessions from the members. If you have any particular habits you’d like to change, once you join the program, email Sigal and she will address it on one of the next calls.

* Que 4. What can I do to avoid the long distance charges of the calls?
Ans 4. There are currently two ways to avoid those charges:
The first way is to login to the call through a special link that you will receive as a member of "The Way" program. You will be able to listen to the call (with your internet connection), and the way you can communicate to members during the call is through the chat room of the online community (once you sign up you will be instructed step-by-step how to use the chat room and the link, it is very simple and easy to use).
The second way is to get a skype account for $2.95 per month which will give you unlimited calls anywhere in the USA and Canada from your computer click here for more details. That option is if you are dialing from USA OR Canada. If you are joining the program and you live in other parts of the world, then the first option will most likely be the one for you.

* Que 5. I am enrolled in other programs right now. “The Way” sounds like a perfect fit for me and I really need what you are offering, but I feel that I will be too overwhelmed with adding another program. Would love to know your thoughts.
Ans 5. One of the things that Sigal emphasizes almost every session is how to get out of feeling overwhelmed. If you have too many things on your plate at this time, then ask yourself these three questions:
1) What is important to you (in regard to your business and life)?
2) What kind of program will best help you accomplishing that?
3) Who are you loyal to? (are you loyal to your success and to yourself or to something that you committed to that is not giving you the results you want to get…)

* Que 6. What are the benefits of "The Way" Online Community?
Ans 6. There are several benefits for "The Way" Online Community:
1. It allows you to communicate while on the call thruogh the chat room, ask questions, share, and connect with the other members.
2. It allows you to post your strategic thinking process so Sigal can give you feedback and help you to stay on track.
3. Throughout the week you can connect with members of the community. You can create joint ventures, brainstorm, network and find out in what ways you can enrich each others’ lives. Since Sigal is creating a very safe environment for the members to grow and evolve, when connecting with other members you will find like-minded people that are driven to succeed while maintaining great health and balance. Building relationships with people of this community can go a long way.
4. You have access to Sigal throughout the week. Any clarifications or things you need assistance with are being communicated through "The Way" online community.
5. You can become a leader. Start forums and discussion groups on topics that are of interest for you and with people that will be on the same page as you.
6. All of the important information is organized for you inside the community, such as web-addresses that Sigal mentioned on the call, updated dial-in info and pass code for the next call, notes from previous calls, all your weekly strategic processes… Basically it’s your online notebook and manual that helps you to find everything in one place.

* Que 7. I don’t want my voice to be recorded, is there a way to bypass the Release and Acknowledgment form?
Ans 7. Before we start the call people may say hello and will not be recorded. Once the recording starts everyone will be muted, so no one will be recorded then. When the line is open to the members, it is your own free choice how you’d like to express yourself; vocally or electronically.
If you do not wish to be recorded you may ask your questions or share through the chat room and Sigal will read it aloud.You may also choose a nick name if you do not wish to use your real name – whatever works for you and whatever you feel comfortable with. In any case, it is your responsibility to communicate your choice ether on the chat room or by sending Sigal an email.
Everyone must sign the Release form because it is a way of acknowledging that you understand that if you choose to speak during the open line segment, you are giving permission for your voice to be recorded. This way it works for everyone. Some people will prefer to speak, some won’t. Sigal made it possible to accommodate all.

* Que 8. I am dealing with habits that are private and I don’t want
everyone to hear what I am going through.
Ans 8.
“The Way” is a program that is oriented for business people that want to succeed with their business and take responsibility for their actions. Some habits are better dealt with privately. If you have habits that you do not wish to share with a group, than Sigal’s one-on-one transformational session might be a better fit for you.
